Beauty Review: Garnier Whole Blends
I decided to go a little lighter with my hair a few weeks ago and although I only try to dye my hair once a year, I’ve noticed it’s been getting a bit dry and easily gets tangled. Looking to switch up my hair routine, I got to try out Garnier’s new line called Whole Blends and was really impressed.
It comes in six different varieties, some of them include: Honey Treasures (which repairs and nourishes damaged hair), Coconut Oil & Coconut Butter (to smooth hair and control frizz), Coconut Water & Vanilla Milk (to hydrate and soften hair), and Green Apple & Green Tea (which has a combination of apples and Chinese green tea essences to revitalize and boost shine). Basically they’re combinations that can work wonders for your hair. I also really like that it’s paraben-free and has naturally derived ingredients.
Since my hair has been so dry and frizzy (also thanks to Miami weather) and damaged, I tried both the Honey Treasures and Coconut Oil and Coconut Butter line (I’m a big fan of anything coconut haha). After using it my hair started to feel super soft. It also smelled so yummy, reminded me of being somewhere tropical.
As a busy mom, I also sometimes don't have time to style my hair. I would end up putting it up in a wet bun or in a side braid after the shower. I noticed that after using the shampoo and conditioner I could just let it air-dry and it would create these soft nice waves. I’m really looking forward to trying out the rest.
In case you want to try it out yourself you can join the Garnier Crowd on Crowdtap for a chance to receive some Garnier goodies! Oh and don’t forget to enter your shipping address on Crowdtap once you join. Also stay tuned for even more upcoming opportunities to try Garnier products, as I’ll be reviewing other products in the weeks to come.
Have you had a chance to try them out?
