Happy Friday + Find Your Fun

Being a mom while balancing a career, is seriously no joke--especially when you work from home like I do. Sometimes it can be a real challenge to separate your personal life from work. Lately though, I've been trying to switch up my routine and find my fun. That for me, is spending time with my family. We've been trying to make it a point to take walks on the beach every afternoon. We live so close to the water I feel we don't nearly take as much advantage of it as we should.

It's such a great way to unwind, plus our son loves it! We packed up our blanket, his toys and our Crocs and had such a relaxing time. These boat shoes by the way are my go-to's for any water activities. They're so lightweight and look stylish while still being comfy. I finished off my look with a pair of white shorts and striped shirt for a nautical inspired outfit.

I can't wait for the water to start getting warmer, so we can actually go inside next time--it was so cold when we went. Oh and can we talk for a second about how big my son is getting. I'm not sure when my little baby started looking like a toddler.
