For a Puffy Face:
To help relieve the appearance of a puffy face, rub a piece of ice on your skin before applying your foundation, then pat dry. This helps with the puffiness and also closes your pores, which makes applying your makeup that much easier.
For Watery Eyes:
To help relieve puffiness, place two metal spoons in the refrigerator and then place the back of the spoons on your eyelids for five minutes.
To reduce the appearance of water eyes, apply navy blue or cobalt mascara, instead of black. This will make the whites of your eyes look even whiter.
For Red Nose:
To camouflage redness, use a foundation or bronzer with a shimmery or dewy finish instead of a matte finish, which only highlights dryness.
