Designer Top and Skirt: c/o T.J. Maxx; Shoes: Sasha London; Watch: Michele |
I recently teamed up with T.J. Maxx to take on their Blogger Challenge. As part of the challenge I headed to T.J. Maxx to recreate one of the two trends spotted by notable street style photographer Amy Creyer of Chicago Street Style--which was stripes and sorbet. Feeling inspired by spring, I decided to choose the sorbet trend and give it my own personal style. I immediately feel in love with this sorbet tweed skirt. It's feminine and chic and can easily be dressed up or down. I decided to pair it with a chambray shirt, another one of my favorite pieces for spring-- as well and an open-toe sandal. This look would be perfect for a day at the office.
This sorbet skirt would also look cute dressed down with a white tee and a pair of flats. Best of all, this designer sorbet skirt was under $20 and so was the chambray shirt, such a steal. Gotta love T.J. Maxx!
