Zara Online Shopping Review
A couple of months ago I received a package from Zara and in it was their "Dear America" campaign with 50 photo cards (each representing a state) and a $150 gift card to shop online. I finally got around to do some shopping last week and tried their shopping online for the first time. I'm headed to New York this weekend so I ended up buying this faux leather jacket in a size Medium for $89 and this mustard colored top for $69. If you look closely you'll see the mustard top has a side zipper, a nice little detail I hadn't seen when I saw it on their site.
The faux leather jacket also fits great and feels nice and soft (the pictures really don't do it justice). Oh and how cute is the polka-dot lining? I placed my order online on a Monday and by Friday I had received my package. Their standard shipping, which consists of 3-5 business days is free, so that was a plus. You also get an email where you can track your package throughout the whole process.
The fit of the mustard top was a bit big on me (or as my husband likes to say "it looks like a maternity shirt") so I decided to take it to the store to return it. You have the option to exchange the item at a Zara store or you can simply mail it back (a pre-paid return label comes along with what you order). However, if you're going to return in the actual store you can only exchange for the same item in a different size. I learned this as I came to the register with some new items I had picked out--ha.
Have any of you tried shopping online yet? If so, what was your experience like?

Forever21! Especially because they have a Canadian site. I also work for an amazing online eyeglasses company called ClearlyContacts.ca, so shopping online is like 2nd nature to me. If you want tips, check out our blog - http://blog.clearlycontacts.ca/
