Today I'm headed to my cousin's house where she's expecting about 40 people for Thanksgiving dinner (including my family and all of my husband's family too). I'm in charge of making a salad and a corn bread casserole. I've been so blessed this year and I'm excited to share this special day with my family in good health and over some yummy food.

ps. By the way, yesterday I went to the doctor and he told me I wasn't allergic to nuts!! You might remember last year around Thanksgiving I blogged about an allergic breakout I had to nuts (see post here). So you can bet I'll be eating tons of pecan pie today!!
