Target just announced yesterday that they have tapped Jason Wu as their next designer collaboration. Wu, who as you might remember, first burst into the spotlight when first lady Michelle Obama wore a one-shouldered, white-silk chiffon gown he designed to the 2009 inaugural ball. The collection is set to range from $20-$60 and will include clothes, handbags and silky smooth scarves with feminine prints and patterns. "My collection for Target embodies my signature aesthetic of feminine sophistication, with a mischievous nod to the 1960s," said Wu. The line is set to hit stores Feb. 5, 2012. Here's to hoping this collection won't break many of our hearts like the Missoni for Target did...ha! Are you excited for this collaboration?
