Look of the Day: Pleat Chic

It's been a while since we did a "Look of the Day" here at Viva  Fashion, so thought we'd bring it back. Today's look comes from fashion blogger Evrim from Maffionista. We love how she paired this pleated skirt with a collared shirt for a rather school girl chic look. And the best part is she knows how to shop on a budget too. Most of her outfit is from H&M.
