So last night for dinner I made some braised Spanish beef short ribs in my crock-pot. It was a big hit with the hubby and super easy to prepare. I got the recipe from my Better Homes and Gardens magazine. It called for some Chorizo, which added a nice smoky flavor to the dish. Will be making this one again. Here's a

Tips: If preparing in the morning and you're pressed for time, trim the fat on the short ribs the night before. It can be a bit time consuming.
Use "No Salt Added" diced canned tomatoes to reduce your sodium intake
