When done right, patterned tights can add some spice to a rather boring outfit. I love the pattern tights worn by Anna Friel, Whitney Port and Heidi Klum in these pics. I would stay away from the tights worn by Solange in this pic and rather stick to black for a sophisticated look. Here are a couple of patterned tights for every budget:
