Lady Gaga wore this white suit, swirl hat and Geisha girl style lipstick as she arrived at Radio One Studios in London to promote her latest single "Paparazzi." Are you diggin' the whole outfit or do you miss the latex and hair bows? FYI...for those of you wondering why that person is handing her that floral tea cup and saucer, supposedly she never goes anywhere without it.
